I started slow by switching from high calorie drinks to lighter drinks and finally down to a shot of vodka in seltzer water and now I just drink the seltzer water at dinner for. Again if you are a heavy alcohol drinker always seek medical advice. I have been experimenting with food as medicine and losing weight for about 10 years and have a pretty good handle of where my food and weight issues are and how to tweak my diet and exercise to loss weight having lost about 80 pounds over these 10 years and keeping it off. I still have 40 pounds I want off but above all I learned to make small changes slowing and it will stick better and don't beat myself up when I get off track just recognize it and regroup and go again. I’d love to know of anyone has HPLC testing to validate the bold label claims of standardized 50% polyph.
