It was a gift.

The on/off switch is stuck. I bought this product two months ago and now it does not work. I'm extremely disappointed and would like my money back.

Terrible product. Two days after the return window ended the thing did not work at all. Would not turn on.

It works so fast, I am amazed. What a great little pot!

I bought this Kettle as a gift, my parents used it for about a month and it stopped working. It did look nice, it was a great size it just didn't work

Shipping was very fast. Beautiful kettle. I purchased it as a gift to a chimpanzee sanctuary in Washington where these kettles get a lot of use.

It was great when it worked. Died after about 15 uses and won't charge or turn on at all. Returning and buying a different brand.

We brought this for my mom and this is what we found. Not a good quality product feels very cheap. The handle at the top gets hot when heated up so not safe.
