I will say it's probably not ONE HUNDRED percent accurate, but it gets you in the range and gets you started. I am careful while using it in the hospital, r/t hospital policy compliance etc... but a great quick reference. Does not have as much information on critical drips as I was hoping for, either! Luckily, there's blank note pages in the back! Review: I recommend! - This is a great little book to have in your scrub top. Easy to find different subjects due to the tabs. I wouldn't bother with this until MS1 if you are in nursing school. You will probably be able to read and understand this 3/4 of the way through med search one.I've passed both message one and two and there's still some items that I have to study on in there. It is true that most information is not mentioned in much details, but I think it is the sole purpose of this pocket guide. It is not a reference or textbook, it is a reminder/guide of information that could be forgotten or miss-retrieved. 2-The information is very accessible, no need for much effort looking for a specific drug or information. 3-The size is not too large to not be carriable.
