Koolerpek Waterproof Business Backpack for Laptop Up to 17 inch Black

It's really too bad because this backpack does so much really well. It absolutely fails on one of the key factors, it is not waterproof. Not even water resistant. After getting hit with a little rain I had to pull all my stuff out to prevent water damage. Water soaked through like it was nothing. I would have given the bag 3 stars otherwise because it does have some good features. Considering it really has no waterproofing at all, I'm deducting those stars because that is a crucial feature that is both lacking and advertised. It's one of the primary reasons I bought this bag and now I know I can't trust it.The bag is lacking for good little pockets. My last bag had lots of little places to put things and this one simply does have them. The front panel is kind of annoying to deal with as well and the front pocket has only a single zipper instead of 2 which make opening it a bit of a pain, the front panel (feels like carboard) also makes it annoying to open. Considering this pocket is holding all your pens and such, it's one of the most opened pockets and it's a great oversight to have it like this.For the good of the bag, I really like the deep waterbottle pockets. I can fit a whole Nalgene bottle in there. Also great for umbrellas. Every bag should have pockets like this. It also has quite a bit of room which is nice. I also really like the pocket on top which is perfect for sunglasses.

I bought this backpack to carry my laptop and some files around to and from the office on a daily basis. The backpack is lightweight and is made from waterproof materials. There are only a few pockets which I needed more than that to carry office supplies, chargers, files, laptop. The straps are VERY COMFORTABLE (Probably my favorite feature). The backpack in general is very large. Looks like your carrying your carry-on on your back. This has it's trade offs though. It's large and can carry a LOT of things. This makes it great for a weekend going out of town type of pack but for every day use it may be a bit big.Pros:Size-Very Large, so if your only goal is carrying around of a lot of things then this is perfect.Style-Has a very modern style to it. Doesn't look cheap at all. Seems very durable and will last a long timeDesign-It stands on it's own. I put my laptop and other things in trying to get it to tip over and it wouldn't. This is helpful in a office setting where you don't want you backpack spilling out with all the goodies your hiding inside.WaterproofStraps-Extremely comfortable and my favorite feature by far!Cons:Size-Very Large, most people don't need to carry a huge pack around so this can be bigI ended up returing this backpack because it's so large and there are not enough smaller pockets.

stitching on the external bungee connection for a carbiner broke when I lifted the empty bag when I first got it. Since I don't really strap anything to the outside I was not overly concerned. However after taking it on 3 trips now, one of the zippers on the main compartment has broken. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of securable pockets for storing things like thumb drives and change.The positive about the bag is that it has large compartments and holds my HP 8770w laptop with plenty of room. I could add clothes to the larger compartments if there was not enough room in my roller bag for some reason.

Over all I love the bag. My only true complaints are just things that I believe were a result of mass production I don't believe every single one of these bags has the same flaws but that this one does due to mass production. As a service technician that covers 300-400 miles a day I require a bag that can hold everything I need. Functionally. Finding a bag not so hard finding one that's functional was my struggle. This bag met my demands. After a week of trial I am thoroughly impressed. This bag gets thrown around in a work truck tugged on. Thrown off. Parts and tools bouncing off of it all day and it doesn't rip or tear and the contents stay safe. I love the padding. This bag is very protective in my opinion. I don't worry about my laptop or iPad in this bag as it gets thrown around. The zippers are a little aggirvating at times but you can rest assured no one is going to get into this bag if it's on your person without your knowledge. I wouldn't call it water proof but it is very water resistant. I live in the Deep South of the US and it rains very hard quite frequently this bag has held up very well I've only noticed a little bit of water inside one time and I believe it was because I did have to stand in the rain. Running from a building to a truck no water got inside even though my clothes were soaking wet. I am a bit of a perfectionist so a few problems to address. The stitching on the front logo comes across the logo. The patch in the bottom center is not centered. I will include pictures. But overall I like it. Just wish quality was a little better in production.

This is really great backpack but needs a little help. I've been using it now for about a week for work and it has held up for the most part. When I first received it, one of the zippers was stuck because the seam inside the pocket had loose threading. It also appears that the material scratches which came as a surprise since it feels like firm material. It also sounded like one of the stiches near a shoulder strap popped but I can't see anything loose and the strap doesn't appear to be weakened. This is the worst of my experience though. The bag is roomy and still keeps a slim silhouette. I have my MacBook Pro, iPad mini, work laptop, school books and some work tools all in it quite comfortably and no noticeable bulge. I'm also a really big guy and have always had a hard time finding backpacks that go over both my shoulders. This one does quite easily with plenty to spare along with the chest harness. I hope that the couple of things I described are all that is wrong with it and I hope to continue using it.
