It worked really well for the past 5 and a half years that I've used it. I have long thick curly hair and it gets the job done. I love it!

I have spent from $100 to $200 on straighteners and I was very skeptical on this one and thought I would just use it for my travel one if it wasn’t very good as the price is what I think very low for the quality and job it does! I love this straightener doesn’t dry out my hair, makes it smooth and perfect! I have very thick hair and it’s past my shoulders, this straightener does the job in 10-15 minutes where with other ones it takes several passes to get it straight and a time frame of 25-35 minutes. As long as this one is being sold I will purchase this. However I have had it 3 months so far no issues with heating, or with the display, or cord.

I love how the product flat irons my hair , however I just wish it came with a locking mechanism to keep it closed. The "Loc" feature to control the temperature is a bit difficult but overall I do like it.

I accidentally stepped on my last straightener so had to get a replacement ASAP. The width cuts the time to straighten thick long hair in half the time. It used to take me 30-45 minutes straightening, now it takes me 15min. Sometimes less if I am having a good hair day. I also absolutely love how quickly it heats up to the max temperature. The color is also a bonus since purple is my favorite color. I have to admit, I had very low expectations considering the price and was expecting to return it but was happily surprised.

I had this for about a year. I liked it a lot at first. As time went by the on/off switch became harder to turn on and off until if finally quit working.
