Q: Is this set included with the new 216 set?

Considering that 216 is quite a few markers, and these are all skin tones, I'd imagine that they would have most of these in that set as well. Most people use skin tones so they (me) usually buy extra, and I had extra from other smaller ohuhu sets I purchased. If you're going to buy the 216 set one, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't need to buy these as well. Unless you're like me and use the skin tones quite a bit lol.

Q: Are there any overlaps with the 72 count and 24 pastel?

There are 5 colors in the 36 Skin Tone Set that over lap with the 72 set and 1 color that overlaps with the 48 Pastel set. Overlapping colors from 72 set are Y4 Quince // YR1 Dark Yellow (YR4 in 36 Skin Tone) // YR5 Terra Cotta // BR2 Potato Brown // BR3 Rose Beige Overlapping color in 48 Pastel is R080 Pale Cherry Pink (R30 in 36 Skin Tone) Another small thing to mention-- one of those colors, Dark Yellow, is listed YR4 in 36 Skin Tone. There is already a YR4 in the 72 set, Salmon Pink. A slight annoyance for someone who likes order hahah. Anyways hopes this helps anyone wondering ~ ♡

There is a 320 set but it doesn't come in brush tips. I got the 216 set in brush and then the skintone brush set because there was some in the skin tone set that wasn't in the 216 set and visa versa.

Q: Which is better fine or chisel?

They are both great. They are used for different projects, 1 for fine & the chisel your choice.
