This book makes a lovely gift, as it comes in a very nice box. It is fascinating to read, beautifully presented, and we are looking forward to trying the nicely illustrated recipes.

I bought this book after discovering the shop after moving to London - having recently discovered making chocolate as a hobby I was keen to get all the help I could get.Chantals' book and philosphy towards chocolate is inspiring, she teaches you about why buying the right chocolate is important, about the quality of ingredients and most importantly how to "taste" chocolate.The recipes that she has shared are easy to follow at home, and although for some of them you need specialist tools, they can easily be adapted.There are hints and tips about how to present your chocolates, how to paint and proper molding techniques.I have also recently bought some chocolate making tools from Rococo which allow me to make even more of the lovely recipes!

This publication ticks every box. It is a beautiful object, carefully and thoughtfully produced and is a fantastic reference book anyone passionate about all the possible permutations of chocolates. Fabulous photography, clear recipes with interesting background stories. Content and format is such that this book also makes the perfect gift - this is the sixth copy I am giving away!

Gave to my brother as a present, he loves it. Also great for me too as have had lots of lovely chocolate treats.

I bought the book as a present for my daughter, who is a chocaholic. The quality of presentation and packaging was very, very good. The contents of the book, particularly the recipes are tempting. Well you have to try them, don't you?Delivery from Amazon was quicker than originally believed. Well done to all.
