Nice glass
No water dripping, it’s a little heavy so a good and steady crate is recommended.

Great for mouse rack systems
These worked perfectly for the mouse rack system I built for the feeder mice we have at my workplace. I love, love, LOVE that everything on this water bottle is either glass or metal, it's totally chew proof. I've had glass water bottles that had screw on tops that were plastics, and my rodents would reach up through the wire and start chewing the plastic off bit by bit. So I really appreciate that this screw on top has all metal, no plastic. Also, the floating carrot inside is super cute :) Great product! I bought 16 and not a single one has shown damage or leakage so far.

Love these lil Jewels.
So much easier than cheap Walmart bottles. Can see the levels without picking it up and checking it although the lil toy fell in my sink and lost. Another company makes theirs so that does t happen. Still I love the change over.

Inside the cage
This has one side of bottle that is flat and must be used inside of the cage. Not for me.

This will kill your pet!
My mouse almost died. I’ve included a before and after image of his condition during use of the glass bottle and after returning to the plastic bottle that worked properly. I WISH I had thoroughly read the reviews before buying so this one is on me. I used this bottle as I would any other bottle and didn’t realize that no water was coming out at all from it for FIVE. STRAIGHT. DAYS. For a young mouse, that is a death sentence. The night I swore he was going to pass away in my hand, the left photo is how badly he had gotten. The life was literally draining from his poor eyes as he did everything to curl up in my palm or into my armpit when I put him in my shirt to get warmth. He was shivering so violently. I had to feed him water by hand all night long once I realized how serious he had become. Mice hide their ailments well, it wasn’t until he could no longer “hide” his dehydration that I saw signs. When I ran my finger over the lip of the bottle no water came, not even when I took it out and shook it. Disgusting. Such a simple fix they could make, knowing this is happening and they don’t. The second photo is the night after, after having made sure he was receiving water (and then later unflavored pedialite to make sure he was getting everything he needed) and by the grace of God he recovered. He’s been doing well since, lesson learned. Conveniently this company has no social media that I could find, so I emailed their contact us on their website and gave them the full run down of my night with Grim on the night he almost died. I requested a response from them and I’ve heard nothing, and it’s been quite a few weeks. Do NOT purchase this bottle. It’s a death sentence.

Great Company!
I bought two of these. One of them was leaking. I decided to return it. The company gave me a full refund and let me keep the bottle. Although I can't use it. I just love that their customer service is so great! The other bottle works great and our hedgehog seems to be happy with it and is getting plenty of water. It's also super cute they put a little carrot in their. I assume to help you see when you need a water refill.

Water bottled failed - dangerous!
I bought this water bottle for my syrian hamster and at first I was pleased with it and had no problems water not coming out of it or leaking. Then one day, my hamster came out for a drink during the day when my husband was in the room and he noticed that our hamster was struggling to get water out of the bottle and there were no air bubbles visible. I immediately checked the bottle and to my horror the ball bearing seem to have stuck and I had to move it around a lot to get water to come out again and held it to my hamster so that he could have a drink. I was horrified to think that he could have spend the night when he was active unable to have a drink and I checked it that evening when I changed his water, it must have failed during the night! I shudder to think what would have happened if we hadn't realised in time that the bottle had failed! Luckily I had a spare, cheap plastic bottle and there now seem to be no issues with water not coming out! I I'm afraid I can't recommend this water bottle at all as I think it is potentially dangerous due to the ball bearing getting stuck. I will stick to the cheap plastic bottles (classic one) from now on!

Works well, would recommend
The glass is really thick so it feels quite safe to use and feels like it's less likely to smash. It fits on the cage well and doesn't drip water into the cage when not in use. It comes with a little carrot floaty so you can see how much water is left inside from a far. My hamsters did try and chew on it but nothing happened to it.

Had the same one previously but it scaled up (we live in a hard water area) and started to leak so we bought another the same
