You just drift off
If you want a way that is non-narcotic to get to sleep, this is it! I originally bought it for a trip (sometimes I have trouble sleeping in hotel rooms). It works! AND I got another bottle for home - for those occasional nights where you can't turn your brain off enough to sleep. This does it. AND no :"hangover" the next morning. It's great - you just drift off.

Works for Sleepless Nights/Menopause!
I love this stuff. Previously I had used Source Naturals Melatonin, but it causes blood sugar to spike. Being prediabetic, I wanted to avoid that. This product tastes great, doesn't spike blood sugar and works with just one squirt. I don't need 2 squirts. I'm buying more and wish it was a Prime product. I've been telling my friends about this.

Great for jet lag
Pleasant taste. Every time I've used it, I've gone to sleep soon after and have no after-effects when I wake up. Great!
