Bark Collar [2018 Smart Chip] Dog Shock Anti-Barking Collar with Beep, Vibration and Harmless Shock. No Bark Control for Small/Medium/Large Dogs with 7 Sensitivity Levels, Rechargeable and Rainproof

I have mixed feelings about this product. It does work well and I like that I don't have to buy batteries as the remote and the collar are rechargeable. There is an auto setting for bark control. However, even on the lowest setting of my dog shakes or scratches I have seen the collar go off and shock him from the vibration. I really did not like this because he didn't bark and he got shocked. I have not been able to use it as a bark collar because of this also because I have two dogs and if it is that sensitive and they play together I don't want him to get shocked when playing. I do like the assortment of adjustments and settings you can change and after using it for training we got to the point that we could use the vibrating mode or the sound beep mode to stop unwanted behavior and not have to shock at all.

First off, I would like to say that Len at Grade-A Global is awesome at customer service. When my wife misplaced the remote for the training collar, I contacted Len about purchasing a replacement. He asked me what happened and when I told him, he said no problem. I'll send you another one.About the product itself, the collar is adjustable, even with my Airedale's huge neck, I still have some room to go. I've only had this collar since September and the improvement in my Airedale's training has improved drastically. He no longer jumps on people when he sees them for the first time and he no longer barks randomly.Probably the best function on the collar is the vibrate feature which I use most often when needing to correct bad behavior (for example; jumping). I've rarely had to use the static shock function.I feel that if it weren't for the leash laws in the town in which I live, I could take my Airedale out for a walk with no leash and trust in the collar to keep him by my side.The only downside to this collar is the battery life, which if fully charged will last maybe, just maybe 2 full days. I have gotten into the habit of typically taking it off after the day is over and putting it back on the charger overnight and putting back on the dog first thing in the morning.I like the fact that you can use almost any micro-USB cable to recharge the collar if needed, the only thing is that the only cord that I have found to stay connected firmly to the socket is the OEM cable supplied with the collar, all of the others will pull out if wiggled to much.Thank you for reading my review.

This product is awesome. We have a very large goldendoodle(80#) who decided chasing cars was fun. When this arrived we tried all the setting on our arms. The shock, even on one is very powerful. We decided to just use the beep followed immediately by the vibrate. We did that twice and then after that the beep worked alone. After four days, still wearing the collar, just us telling him to stay is all that was needed. Now when he runs outside, as we live on 40 acres, he wears the collar but follows all our verbal commands.

We've only had it a week, so hopefully it stands up to time because we love it. The reach on it is great and I don't have to fumble around trying to figure out if it's on sound, vibrate, or shock. Finally, the snap on the collar makes it super easy to get on and off. The overall feel of both the collar and transmitter is solid and smooth. And as a bonus, my husband felt so good running around when we were testing range that he picked up running/working out again!

We purchased this for our 55 lb. boxer mix and love it! She responds very well to the beep and we have only had to use the shock once in the beginning. She was not responding to the beep or vibrate so we shocked her on level 1. Since then the beep does the job every time. We had trouble with our remote recently and made contact with customer service and we were very pleased. They responded very quickly and were very helpful. Would certainly purchase again!

This is excellent! Real easy to use. I ordered the blue collar and it looks good on my dog. And I don't even need to use it as long as he has it on he knows "it's good model citizen behavior time!" It's quite classy lookin' on my american bully and I'm pretty happy with my purchase! It's wonderful that your "pitbull" like dog follows commands very well and he's breaking that misconception of "ohhhh no it's a pitbull! Hide your wife, hide your kids!" xDAll in all thanks to this collar! Highly recommend this!

The remote works but the automatic bark mode does not.Seller is sending new collar.Will update if the new one works.
