Love it!

The construction of this item is marvelous and beautiful. The packing was a problem, and the carousel came with 2 small items broken off from their attachments. I was disappointed for the money. The fix was easy with a little clear nail polish to reattach the items, but a pain to do nonetheless.After reattachment, the carousel worked flawlessly, silently and charmed the grandchildren at Christmas.

The vendor is excellent and replaced our 1st carousel because of a significant wobble that couldn't be fixed. The 2nd unit had a slight wobble but worked ok. The manufacturer should use better glue since on both units, some figures/cars were broken off during shipment. A bit of glue put them back on, but decent glue is not that expensive so this shouldn't be happening. Other than this minor aggravation with the workmanship, the carousel met our needs. We had a bigger unit we bought in Germany during a visit there and our sons loved it as they grew up. It was lit each evening for summer throughout the Christmas season. We bought this unit for our twin granddaughters and the also love it. It packs away in its box for easy storage during the year. I would recommend such to any family. It is a great tradition...

It is a great product but arrived with quite a few parts that needed to be glued back on.The product itself is a five star but due to the condition it arrived in, I have to give it just 3 stars.
