Pictures still LOST

I ordered this CD for use on my windows 7 laptop in an attempt to recover files from my SanDisk SDHC card. However, the software failed to find any images and instead only came up with error messages. And is now effectively useless for me. Seller(PicStop)also will not accept software returns - be wary before purchase. Probably better off doing a free online scan from wesbites offering this service and then purchasing their software if the scan shows your files have been found.

dissappointment

Bought this product to try an retrieve old photos that i had deleted by mistake, however it didnt work so contacted tech support and they gave us some instructions to try and said if that did not work to contact them and they would send me a label to send it back, it didnt work and after 2 months i am still waiting for a return label

There should have been thorough research done and the buyer informed that this product is not compatible with Vista in some cases. I was informed this problem has not been solved yet by the technical people. So I had the inconvenience of returning the product and losing postage costs in delivery and return. But no doubt the product is very good when it is compatible. Wendy Wells

Should be called save my bacon.

Whilst the software won't recover all of the deleted files it does recover aprox.90% of the stuff that's been lost. I would recommend it to anyone, and for the price it does a good job.
