Best wok and cookware
This is the best cookware I have ever had. I use it for stir fry and soup and everything in my everyday cooking. Its better than non stick Pan’s because it’s made of steel iron without coating. Because of that, it’s not complete non stick, but it’s less sticky than my stainless pans. Even if there is sticky food residue, I boil water in it as instructed, everything comes off. It doesn’t get rusty like my other iron cookware because it’s pre seasoned. I have used sponges, scratching wiper etc to clean it too and it takes all the abuse, so easy to clean and maintain. It’s also perfect size for our family of 5. It’s made with perfect thickness of the steel and transfer heat well and not heavy. It has a handle on the other side so I can use both hands if I need to. I bought my first one several years ago. This wok is so good that I have bought three for my family members in the past several years. Surprised to see some low ratings but maybe people didn’t follow instructions. The instruction is written in Japanese but that’s not a problem. I used google image translate to read the instructions. This wok doesn’t require seasoning, this is pre seasoned wok and it’s written in the instructions. Whoever tried to season it before use didn’t understand instructions.

Sticky
Before I use, I wash really clean and heat it up on the high heat stop for 0.5 hours then I layer it with vegetable oil and heat it again on medium heat for about 15 minutes, then I stir fry onions and chives. I wiped the wok without washing it then I fry an egg, egg sticked to the bottom of the wok. Maybe it needs more seasoning… I have been using it since it arrived, I fried egg and it’s not as sticky as the first time I did it, I hope it gets better the longer I use it———————————Update:I have been seasoning it and I don’t use this wok for any acidic food, just stir fry but it’s still super sticky, I cannot use it for making egg at all, I think this wok is not worth the price. I will update again when stickiness is gone

A perfect flat bottom stir fry pan
Searching for a wide flat bottom stir fry pan for a long time till I saw this one.It is perfect for electronic stovetop. It is easy to clean. After cleaning it,just turn on the stove and allow it for heat dry.Then spray some oil to protect it since it is pure Iron.
