MetaMatcha Nature's Tradition Organic Ceremonial Matcha Super Green Tea From Nishio Japan, 30 grams

I bought this product from their website, not off Amazon, but wanted to share the review here since it might get more outreach. The company is sincere and honest about where they source their product, which I really appreciate. These days, especially given that matcha is a new "trend" for a lot of people, many companies are shady about where they actually source their tea. For matcha, you really get what you pay for. There aren't many shortcuts in terms of cutting down on price without sacrificing quality, and quality is the main differentiating factor for what you'll get out of matcha. L-theanine, antioxidant, and caffeine content all vary greatly depending on where it's sourced and the quality of it. Many of the "ceremonial" grade brands you find on amazon are really meant to be used as flavoring for lattes and not really for caffeine content. This product has definitely made a positive impact in my workday and I get all the benefits of caffeine without the unpleasant crash or jitters. Definitely consider this when thinking about which brand to buy.

Unreal Ceremonial Matcha. Made the best Latte I have ever had with this!

I love it! Bought this because of the reviews of others. I didn't want to chance buying a container and then not be able to drink it because of taste. It is a little pricey, but it still beats buying it at Peets. I can make bigger servings of matcha lattes at home for less $, and make it with my unsweetened almond milk (Peets only has whole almond milk). It actually tastes nice not like you're drinking mushed up grass, which was my 1st experience elsewhere. I bought a battery operated frother and it makes the whisking easier and completes the experience. I will be buying this again.
