Don’t bother with this - arrived completely dried out and does not function in any sort of manner that it should. Mine did some with batteries but also only worked if you pressed the button juuuuust right. Regardless we had no ink to look at…

bought this as a gift, great idea, unfortunately the ink was dry and didn't work very well. Not a good result for a pen...

The marker doesn't dry out quickly, the UV light isn't too strong, and the pen can withstand some abuse from an overactive child. I would recommend anyone to purchase this. If we ever needed to, I know we would.

This arrived with little to no ink. It would barely write at all. Light worked fine, but I was unable to use it for the purpose I bought it. I didn't attempt a return/replace, because I needed it on the day I opened it.

Cool... got it for a 6 year old who is into playing spy now... works fine as described...

The batteries came rotten not good

I bought two of these, one for my 9 year old daughter, and one for my 7 year old son for their Christmas stockings. Unfortunately, one was completely dry when we opened it. However, I contacted the seller and in less then 48 hours we had a new one which works great! So far they've had a lot of of fun with them, writing secret messages. Anything that keeps them off the iPads is a successful toy in my opinion and these do it!

My kid was so stoked . It wouldn’t work so we opened it for further inspection and the little batteries inside were super corroded

This product is a waste of money. After 2 days the light stopped working. The replacement batteries (3) are super hard to find, cost as much as a new pen, and I am not sure that's the problem. My 9 year old was very disappointed.

Used this for my in-home escape room puzzles. It is still working just fine after 6 months light use. Also bought a small UV flashlight for the escapers to use. The tiny light on the back of the pen does let you see what you've written, but its beam is narrow and a bit weak for use in the escape room.
