Product is great and audio quality is in accordance with expectations. Had no issues with synchronization to iPhone 5S nor with audio breaking up during use (exercising and running). I did however, have an issue after very few uses, where it would not turn on anymore. Would only work when plugged into power. I contacted GL Commerce and they were simply amazing: fast, courteous and truly committed to customer and to stand by their product. I was offered reimbursement or a new pair of headphones, and chose the latter. Currently have them with me but have not used them yet... I have high hopes it was bad luck and they'll deliver better now =D. Special thanks to GL Commerce. If you have any doubts whatsoever about the product, I say give it a go worry free. It delivers as advertised and if you happen to have issues I am sure they'll make it up to you somehow.

I just bought my second pair. I lost my last pair on a trip I was way over packed for. I love these do to the wire that wraps around your ear. I mt bike and snowboard with these on and the feel like they aren't there. I also wear them to the gym and the noise reduction is great. Not like Bose noise cancellation but for$22 v $200, well you get it. For the price you can't beat them. It's a comfort to know a little snow or sweat won't knock them out. Hope this helps.

FINAL update: excellent customer service. Received a replacement in 4 days. At first had a problem reconnecting with the phone but I figured out how to reset the headset and it's has been working perfect since then. Turn it on and simulatiously press 2 buttons untill you see non-flashing blue light. Bingo! Patience and effort put me back on tracking loving this headset. The sterio is excellent. The buds stay put in my ears even during intensive workout.Riding NYC subway I can tell that the headset has a good balance for noice cancelation while providing quality sound. I don't like complete insulation.Bottom line, this product together with customer service makes it a good investment.Update to previous review. Bought on April 6, died on May 23. RIPGreat speakers. Easy to use. Took a while adjusting them. But now, pretty easy. No problem using at the gym. Very light. Bluetooth connects immidiately. Have been using for over a month. No problem.

This is the first pair of earbuds out of 15 that I can actually wear for long periods of time without my ears hurting. I have very small ears and this pair fit right in my ear perfectly. The wire that curves around your ear to hold it in place is very soft and it doesn’t interfere with my glasses. I don’t even notice I have earbuds in! The sound quality is amazing. I have had earbuds that cost me $100 that didn’t even come close to this quality. Not sure about the sweat proof thing yet because it’s 32 degrees here and I use them while I am walking outside. My walk is 2 hours a day and for the first time EVER my ears do not hurt because of uncomfortable earbuds. Love everything about these

I have needed this product for years and didn't even realize it. Having tried these wireless headphones, I can't go back to the frustrating experience of using wired headsets. It's great that it has pause and volume control on the headset and the range is quite good. I can leave my phone in one room of the house and roam the house without any compromise in connection.

These have been the best earbuds for my daily commute to and from work. I had previously always bought discount ear buds which were constantly breaking. Now with these wireless ear buds, I do not have to worry about wires getting caught one things while commuting and they are easily adjustable.

sure the sound quality isnt great and you cant walk too far from your phone without disconnection but these are the only bluetooth that stay in my ear when im jumping rope!
