Made a cut in the middle to insert
Made a diagonal cut in the middle to mimic no sewing repair buckles, the legs held well even after cutting, and were relatively easy to insert on to straps.

Plastic Clip Buckles
The buckles are as described. I do find them hard to open, so that is why I am giving a 4 star. Perhaps when they are attached to strapping it will be easier. I am using them for small dog harnesses. They arrived quickly and properly packaged
