A Book Too Far
It's not enough for the author, Bo Wagner, that we purchase his book. He wants to sell us an entire library. So he doles out his content (which is quite useful and interesting, but virtually identical to the information contained in a number of other books about eating according to your blood type) in paltry little portions that artificially separate one topic from another. And those topics that he demures to address? Well, he eventually does (surprise!) in the next volume of the 'series.'.I think his book, the Guide to Smart Food Choices, is a useful tome. But it easily could have included all the background information contained in this companion volume, which is a ripoff.

Dieting for Zealots.
Doc Hollywood warning about the dangers of combining foods. Seriously? Fringe concepts for fringe people.

Interesting but not that informative
I thought that a lot of the book focused on items the author felt you should not eat or drink. In other words, every blood type showed that milk should not be ingested, which has nothing to do with your blood type...only an opinionated gesture.

Not as advertised.
I thought I was buying the eating guide for specific blood types but only 2 pages were devoted to this topic. I would have to order another book. I feel misled and do not want to invest in another book.
