Blood stain
I would have given this 5 stars if it wasn't for the blood stain that came with it.Opened my brand new package and there was a blood stain on the pillow case! And customer service took several days to finally refund my money after I threatened to file a claim against them.I threw out case and washed pillow...over all it is a great pillow...juat disappointed with stain on a brand new item and then getting a hard time from customer service reps.

Good memory foam pillow.
This pillow is a pretty good memory foam pillow for the price. It comes compressed, but overnight it fills in. The cover can be removed with the zipper to wash it. Also a plus.

Fantastic Cloud
I bought two of these, their amazingly comfortable and soft, but do require 30 to 40 mins to get the new smell out by airing out of the new package. It was totally worth it in my book, but one was under fluffed. Still you can shake them up or down with the shredded memory foam as need for your body, but you need to kneed the foam by fluffing it up, it all grows in size and gets huges. Wonderful product, I'd highly recommend these to anyone suffering from back or neck pain.
