Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair High Back Swivel Desk Chair Adjustable Headrest Armrest Tilt Back and Tension

I bought this chair to replace a cheap desk chair I bought about 5 years ago. I'm an IT consultant so I work from home and spend a lot of time at my desk in my chair. If you are like me, it's hard to justify spending money replacing something like an old chair that *technically* still works. However I'm glad I fully pulled the trigger and bought this chair, I just wish I had done it sooner!Everything was packaged and protected well. That's always a good sign of a company that cares about details. It was easy to put together - it took me less than 10 minutes. All of the tools you will need are included (including this nifty allen wrench holder that is amazing! I will definitely be using that anytime I use an allen wrench in the future.)Back to the chair. Ergonomically it is very comfortable. I was hesitant to buy a chair without cushion, but I've been very happy with it so far. I actually have a nice chair cushion I used with my old chair, but have found I don't even need it with this one. The back rest is adjustable up and down, which allows you to position the arch perfectly for your height. The only annoying this is that if you grab the chair by the backrest, it adjusts easily so you might need to reset it. A very minor issue, but worth mentioning. A lock would be nice since I drag it on carpet. The head rest is also adjustable and is in a great position. Sometimes headrests feel too far forward or back to be comfortable, but this one just feels great. The armrests are adjustable up and down, which is SO nice. I like the arms higher up when I'm writing, but if I'm closer to the desk for typing, I can lower them so they don't hit the desk and prevent me from getting closer. They also swivel in and out which is nice. I don't recline in my chair and always kept my old one locked upright, but just note that it does not recline if that is what you are looking for.After a few weeks and around 50-60 hours sitting in this chair, I can safely say I am very happy with it so far, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new chair without spending a lot of money.

I spent a day trying to find the chair that had all the amenities I wanted but was still affordable. If you are like me you came across reviews of the Eurotech Ergohuman Mesh Chair. This chair seemed like it had all the features I wanted but the price was steep. More than half the price of the Argomax. For reference I'm 5' 10" and 160lbs. Size wise the chair fits me really well.Aromax Pros:It's comfortable: the mesh material feels firm and supportiveWheels glide well: the wheels move smoothly on my hardwood floors with no issuesChair Spin: To relax I tend to spin myself in my chair. The Argomax is a smooth spinner. It is a graceful chair.Price: The chair was within my budget to spend and feels like a luxury chairAdjustable Arms: The arms go up and down and pivot in and out. Fantastic. They do not move forward and backwards. The material used has really nice padding. It is firm but very comfortable.Head Rest: It is slightly adjustable and I have been able to get the head rest in a good fitting position quickly. It could be more adaptable but I'm satisfied.The seat is wide enough for me to put a leg up on the chair while sitting.CONsThe chair does not rock. Previous computer chairs I have had have had really nice rocking chair features. This chair does not.When reviewing the chair this was hard figuring out whether the chair truly had a feature where the user can lock the chair in a reclined position.One reviewer specifically stated that the EM-EC001 will hold adjustable reclining positions. Mine does not do this. Perhaps my chair has an independent issue. Maybe I have not adjusted something properly. I don't know. Documentation and user reviews have not giving me a solid answer.To Argomax. If you can solve/remedy the locking adjustment position of my chair I will in turn give the chair a 5 star review. I hope my opinions on the chair helps to save others time when choosing a new chair.
