Exactly as Advertised
Product arrived it exceptional condition and package well to ensure no damage occured in transit.Small story, it had just snowed the day before I received this package. When I arrived home from work I noticed that the delivery agent had set the book on my front door step, which had a small puddle from the melting snow. But when I opened the box and fished through all the foam peanuts, I found the book well wrapped in plastic. Excellent.

Great value
For the price, the quality is great. No marks in the book and so far no missing pages. My bookstore was selling the very same book and the same condition as mine came in for $230. Definitely buy from here.

Easy to understand
Interesting injections of real life businesses and how they deal with their marketing needs. Along with fake scenarios for students to work on. Easy to understand.

Nice textbook, but compatibility is a misleading so do research before purchasing.
Nice textbook for the devices it worked on, but didn't work on the Windows Store Kindle app on Windows 8, very disappointing. I was still able to use it on the Kindle desktop app, but this was very buggy on 8, and kept crashing on me. Made me wish I had just ought the web only version direct from the publisher. Hopefully my future textbooks won't have this problem. Make sure to not assume PC compatibility means it will work on Windows 8 like I did.

excellent condition
Easy to understand and a very interesting book. Has alot of details about marketing and great examples too of how the way we shop now is changing.

this book is ididiodic
This is just a vocab based piece of junk, or maybe thats just the subject of marketing. essentially common sense interactions and thoughts/thought processes within an individual are given new, ludicrous terms. This book and the class itself are a waste of time. I often found myself laughing at some of the "strategic means of analysis." BCG matrix? What was that invented by... a bored 5 year old on take your child to work day??? Talk about oversimplification at its finest.
