Cubby Cubby Mini Mite 1 32 Oz

Overall super happy with this little bait! I saw this on a YouTube fishing video and thought I’d give it a whirl. First and foremost the action in the water when you let it sink and “pop it” a couple times is great. I’ve been catching anything from large mouth bass to yellow perch, crappie, and sunfish on this. My only complaint is the hole to thread your string is painted over so you have to dig it out. Also, after about 5 or 6 fish the worm becomes pretty tore up which is to be expected I guess. Overall great purchase with great results on the water!

I used to use these up north quite a bit. Quality since has definately taken a huge hit! The eyelets keep snapping off under the slightest tension. Broke several just trying to clear the paint to run line thru. Broke 1 cinching the knot broke another landing a half pound bluegill & another broke off while hook was attached to the stow wire on rod.

Just be aware how tiny these things are. It took me a magnifying glass to thread the line which was blocked with paint. I didn't get a bite in a pond with lots of bass and bream, but I admit I got impatient after no bites and moved on to something else fairly quickly. I may or may not try them again.

I start by saying I have not tested these yet. I purchased 2 pack of 6. All have the the hook eye clogged with paint. I opened the first pack and on one of jigs the paint is not cured and bleeding into the bait. It could be quiet difficult to clean the hook eye without damaging the jig.

These slay the bluegills. If you are used to berkley 1" Minnows these are better. You don't have to mess with the wet minnows. The only annoying thing is that there is paint that covers the eye. For the price they should remove this.

Always works for us fishing for pan fish. It’s our go-to color. Caught plenty and the price was fair. We will get more.

I have been using Cubby Mini Mites for years. They work great for pan fish. I use them for blue gills, crappie, and perch. Tip the jig with a wax worm or a small piece of a red worm.
