Best ultralight lure ever!
This lure is a panfish catching machine. Every time I'm having a bad day out on the water, I throw out this lure on my 4lb mono ultralight setup, and on the first few casts I catch one. They come in tubes as well which I really like. Works great on docks, but you can fish this from shore as well. The sinking motion is also very nice. It twirls a lot because it's a tube jig. Sometimes the fish bite after it sinks for only a few seconds. However, the fish like it most when I jig it up a few times. I wouldn't recommend fishing this lure with a weight above it or in areas with a lot of weed. The extra weight helps with casting, but the action on the lure isn't as good with one. This lure can be fished many ways, but I like vertical jigging it the most as casting it out and reeling it in can get it hung up on weeds pretty easily. These mini-mites also sink surprisingly fast for a 1/32 oz lure. The only thing I dislike about this product is the hookup ratio on it. A lot of the times when I set the hook, the hook slides right out of the fishes mouth. Sometimes the fish falls off of it as I'm reeling as well. This is most likely because it has a teeny hook on it, so it's to be expected. However this doesn't matter to me as I catch a fish almost every cast. Has a slight scent to it as well, and the paddle tail action really gets the fish going. One thing you should look out for before you even cast this lure is the paint on the eye of the hook. There is a bit of plastic on the eye of the hook that you need to scratch off before you can put line through the eye. Overall this is a great, cheap product. Would 100% recommend!

These catch crappies
I use them with a small bobber and jig them about 18” down and , well I almost fell sorry for the poor fish.

Excellent value.
This little jig can be cast with a fly rod or weighted for ultra-light spinning rods. As a fly, I wrap some green/light green flashing for a more effective presentation.Recommended. Effective.

Great crappie bait!
Good bait. Not big enough for me to throw regularly cause I mostly bass fish so it’s not heavy enough to throw on most of my set ups. Good action and I really like the packaging.

When nothing else is getting even a single bite - try this Mini Mite!!!
I got a couple of colors of these to try - Green/Black and Pink/White 1/32 oz. I tried the Green/Black on at least four different outings in the past and have had no luck with them at all. As in - not even a nibble. Earlier this afternoon went to a new spot I've wanted to check out on a local creek, hoping to hook into a trout or a panfish. Very windy day, making these small jigs a PITA to cast. Tried Green/Black again - nothing. Went through a couple of different colors of Panther Martins - not a single bite. Even tried a 3" Texas rigged senko around some of the grass cover. Still no luck. After about 1.5hrs, finally tied on the Pink/White Mini Mite (don't really know why I haven't tried them before). 2nd or 3rd cast - finally get a bite and nab a little largie. Switched spots after a little while. Again, 3rd or 4th cast at the new spot and boom! A solid 13" largie - quite big for this river. Not the trout or panfish I was expecting, but I certainly wasn't about to complain! Moral of the story - when things are off, the fish are finicky, and nothing else is working - the Pink/White Mini Mites will likely help keep you from getting skunked. I'd avoid the green/black ones.

They work great
I have been using Cubby Mini Mites for years. They work great for pan fish. I use them for blue gills, crappie, and perch. Tip the jig with a wax worm or a small piece of a red worm.
