Not a good buy at all.
Hmm I swear I did everything correct but the contact of the ribbon cable aren't very conductive. It seems like a carbon tracing of some sort. I tried redoing it three times and the display looks worse than it did with the original defective. Atleast I could somewhat still read the display but this one is mostly blank and or looks like some alien language. Plus the plastic material is very flimsy.
