You have to make at least 2 cups of tea in order for the hot water to reach the strainer. Also, no matter how hard I try, I can't avoid spilling from the spout. And I've been a barista for more than 5 years, so I know it's no mistake of my own. If anyone has any recommendations please let me know!

The infuser is not of high quality but it's acceptable. When you pour water out, you must be patient and slow to prevent spills.The lid is very easy to be dropped which is a design flaw. I tied a thin thread to keep it in position. All in all, it does it work with some extra effort and carefulness.

It is nicely made, but the strainer is too short, forcing me to make several cups, and not just one as I want.

The spout is way too small and you'll end up pouring about half in your cup and the rest will run down the teapot and make a mess. The metal infuser pops out easily and the lid likes to tumble off while pouring. Good idea, bad design.

I thought by the picture it would've been a bigger size but all in all its nice

Like this pot very much. I thought it would hold more. After filling and using I found it was fine. It is kind of a medium weight so as not to be too fragile. I'm still careful with it. I may order another one for daughters house when babysitting.
