Ordered this remote directly from METechs (NOT VIA AMAZON)... Wishing we would have ordered through Amazon, as that would guard us against the poor support. We received a remote that was Dead on Arrival. Called to replace, and were given the business - expected to foot the bill for all shipping, including sending the faulty one back.This review is for vendor only, and we likely will repurchase through Amazon direct, just for the wonderful support Amazon has to buffer from vendors like this.
