Review: a bit raised off screen - This is not a long term review. Just initial first day install. I was going to give it 4 stars but because the price is so low, I raised it to 5. Kit comes with 3 screens and 3 FULL sets of cleaning alcohol wipes, microfiber cloths and install stickers/dust pickers. The short coming that almost gave it a 4 star was the fact even though the top part of the screen protector is curved, the curved part does not go all the way flush to the phone screen...see photo. This could be an issue if it gets caught on something or might collect grime in the future. I have a case installed so the raised edge will not be an issue...but maybe for grime collecting there in the future. My old phone had an expensive Zagg Invisible Shield, 8 years old and still going-phone and Zagg screen protector. The Zagg's top curve is more closer/flush to the phone screen. Install went very well, nailed it first time using the kit. Be sure to get it right in the middle as the phones screen curves around all the edges. This is why the screen protector is a bit smaller than the phone screen. Screen protector cannot be on the phone's screen curved part or it will not lay flat. Should it seem that a part of the screen protector, right at an area of the edge, is not seated all the way, just keep holding it down for a while longer and it will adhere 100% around the perimeter. There is plenty of room for a case. The cutout for the front camera does not affect the camera viewing, but as you see in a photo it will be a bit harder to clean the lens in that spot. I see no screen quality degradation with the Supershieldz installed compared to our other pixel 5a 5g that I have yet to put the screen protector on. In other words, live side by side comparison with screen protector and without. When the phones screen is maxed out with an image/app (100% screen fill) you can notice the screen protector is there on the long sides at an angle of 30 degrees or more, but that is not and issue at all...who looks at the phone other than straight on. I picked the Otterbox commuter for a case as it has the best protection and was not any bigger than the other ones I tried but the Tudia Dualshield came in a super close second. I just liked the built in port protectors on the Otterbox even though it is ugly as hell. The Crave Dual Guard came in close 3rd. All have great button action. If an issue comes up in the near future I will update this review, but if it goes without an issue for longer than 6 months to year+ I will not bother....what does one expect for 3ish dollars per protector.
Review: A MUST HAVE for those living with gravity - Be prepared to waste one of these at least as you try to apply them. It's the same with every brand I've tried and in fact these ones are a bit better, but you will inevitably get a couple pieces of dust under the first attempt and want to restart. I tell you this now so you don't get too frustrated. Now, that being said, both my wife and my mother have used these , and when they dropped their phones in a manner reminiscent of Wiley Coyote's ill-timed anvil drops, the covers cracked apart but the phones were just fine. And this is what should happen. The force entered the cover and was dispersed when it cracked the cover. But not your phone. Which is exactly why you should have this. Because I assume you don't live in zero gravity and that you have not epoxied your phone to the wall.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: does it come with an applicator?**
A: Not sure what applicator is.  It comes with 3 labels for properly aligning the placement of the protector and one label for sticking up the screen dust for the last time before finally laying down protector.  Also alcohol cleaning cloth for initial screen cleaning.

**Q: Does this work with the OtterBox case?**
A: I have the otterbox commuter series case on the Pixel 5a and it works well. Comes a fraction short of the case so it fits nicely. No complaints.

**Q: does this fit on the phone screen fully?**
A: The screen protector covers all but the camera circle and a very thin border around the phone. That thin gap at the edges makes it compatible with most cases.
Buy a multipack because one of mine was giving me fits during install and I had to trash it. :(

**Q: Hi, Does it fit the Google nexus 5a 5g?**
A: Yes, it fits well.  I am very pleased with this product.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality glass, perfect install, hard to use with gloves

This is a nice set for a reasonable price. 3 full sets of screen protector + cloth + alignment stickers + alcohol wipes. The dust removal stickers (I just use the alignment stickers) works well to pull out tiny flecks after you let the screen protector adhere and see the flaws. You can gently lift the edge of the screen protector and carefully slide the sticker in to remove dust trapped underneath. The adhesive can handle a few lifts and resticks no problem. I have a perfect install. The edges of the protector leave no bubbles and leaves room for my Caseology phone case to wrap around. The only problem is that I cannot use touchscreen-capable gloves with the screen protector on, which I haven't had an issue with previous phones. This is the 2nd brand of screen protector I've tried for the Pixel 5a, and both are really difficult to use with gloves, so maybe it's the phone's fault.
