This book is a must read. It is crisp and clear introduction to Disciplined Agile Delivery. It delivers exactly what it promises. It is great refresher after reading the “Disciplined Agile Delivery, An agile process decision framework for the enterprise”.The writing style made this a very easy read and I think this will be a great reference to use to explain the concepts to non-technical management.

This is a good introduction to a very balanced methodology. The use of a case study made it easy to relate to and think how the principles would apply in your own environment. A quick and easy read

The book was required for a DAD class so it was okay - the information was very brief so had to purchase the bigger book - Disciplined Agile Delivery - A Practitioners Guide in order to take and pass the test for Disciplined Agilist certification

Good book for those beginning the Agile journey

Great approach for enterprises to follow an agile methodology like scrum. I ended up purchases the full book after this introduction.
