Best gardening tool money can buy
This versatile gardening tool is indispensable for weeding. The tool is well weighted, has steel surfaces that meet to form a 90-degree-angle at one end. The tool is also quite well made and lasts for years.

Small pick that acts as a full size one.
It's been about a year and a half since I bought this. Since then, I've done occasional light duty work with this pick. But I REALLY put this bad boy to the test the last couple of days. This pick is just solid and chews through hard dirt and rocks without a thought. I kept looking at as I was knocking rocks and things with to see if it was being damaged. Not one chip on it. Obviously, the metal has really been hardened well. It is small, light, well balanced and very convenient to use. The spake side of it can also be used as a little shovel to get dirt and things out of a ditch or trench since it has small sides to it which I'm sure are there to give it strength. I want to congratulate the manufacturer for making an excellent product.

It can handle most any outside plant/dig.
I absolutely love this tool. I planted 6 trees- (2) 6 ft Cypress and 4 arborvitae’s in my front yard- all by myself with this tool. There were areas that were packed so tightly but that pick loosened everything planted flowers as well. Made me feel like I could take on any task! 😊

Fantastic Hand Tool
This is hands down the best hand tool that you can get. I'm a professional landscaper and arborist and have had this for well over 10 years. Use it for everything from planting bulbs to trees to weeding, to cutting roots when airspading, etc. It's got some weight behind it which is very nice and pretty much indestructible. I misplaced my original one, so I did some looking as the local nursery supplier doesn't always have them and found them on Amazon for a much better price.

Great Tool but Needs Improvements
The steel is great - heavy and really sturdy. I find the tool a little short as I am 6'0". A couple of inches longer whoudl work great. Also, the red grip handle tens to slip off which is annoying. When wet the tool can also spin in your hand when you strike a surface. A better fastened grip to avoid it coming off, and a rougher surfaced grip to prevent slipping would be great.

My 11 year old Minecraft loving son absolutely loved getting this for Christmas
My 11 year old Minecraft loving son absolutely loved getting this for Christmas. He has been out in the rocky hills of Vermont chipping at rocks and cinder blocks for a couple of weeks now - he physically exhausts himself and is going to get strong arms and shoulders if he keeps at it! Definitely give this gift with safety goggles if you don't have any.

Stronger than it looks.
Light weight but surprisingly strong. I use it while planting trees/bushes in this limestone mix they call soil here in this part of Texas. Holds an edge well to cut away sod and cut through clay. Great for working close to irrigation systems.

Well made hand tool
This is a sturdy well made tool that makes digging through hard dirt easy. Initially I thought it was a little heavy but it's not. It will last a lifetime.
