This is good-quality, food-grade citric acid powder. I appreciate that it is non-GMO and comes in a sturdy, wide-mouth plastic container instead of a mere resealable bag like those from many other brands. I have many uses for citric acid including food preparation, cooking and household cleaning. I also use it to descale my coffee maker. It works wonders to remove soap scum from around the sinks, bathtub and shower stall as well.Overall, I'm very happy with this citric acid powder. It is pure and of good quality at a decent price. The wide-mouth container makes it so much easier to scoop from than a resealable bag. It has good shelf life too as mine has an expiration date of about 28 months from now. I would recommend giving it a try.
