Having some thyroid issues made this vitamin the right choice for me because it doesn't have any iodine in it. I had to look at quite a few multivitamins to find one that doesn't contain iodine. I am happy with this vitamin because it is a basic vitamin that doesn't go overboard on certain vitamins. I just wanted a good supplement and this one is working just fine for me.

I love these vitamins. I have not been taking any vitamins for a long time but I feel that maybe it was time to do so. I was reading an article where I read that as you grow older, we loose the ability to absorb the vitamins from our foods. I started taking this vitamin because I was feeling tired all the time and fatigue. However, a week later after taking this supplements, i was waking up early and rested at night very well. I really notice the difference in my body and wellbeing. I will buy them again. I also bought some for my sister.

These are good for circulation and got rid of cellulite ive had since I was a teenager. Amazing. Just subscribed to it.BUT it's so expensive, you need to take two each day and not much in a bottle. Only lasts like 15 days.

They are very hard to swallow Smell terrible. I have trouble getting them down. I got one stuck early one morning. I could hardly breathe. I had to wake up my husband to do the Heimlich maneuver. The capsule dissolved partially and trying to breath, I sucked some of the ingredients into one lung, causing it to burn for about 10 minutes. I do not have trouble with any other capsule.

I am pleased with my purchase of the Women's Vitamins - I like the idea of a capsule...dissolves quickly and are small enough that they are easy to swallow. The vitamins have all natural ingredients. I find that I seem to have more energy when taking these..

Started taking these last year at the beginning of Covid and haven’t even had a cold or sore throat in over a year.

I use this as a boost, if needed, If you eat well in all "food groups" you might not need it. I did that, and had mild side effects. I am not a doctor, just listen to your body.***update***Its been well over a year, and I could only use it 3 times. On the third time it caused me to violently vomit.. or urine is extremely yellow. Did some more research, and it just isn't for me.

Very large capsules, and have a dry like coating, even when using water to swallow. I've tried 2 of the recommended 3 mind you, and I barely get 2 down. I've taken them for a week and today I choked on the 2nd one while using water, and had to perform the self-Heimlich maneuver over a high stool's edge to get it out. I almost chocked to unconsciousness and was alone. This isn't my first rodeo with swallowing capsules/supplements so I will say this is not a good "gel cap?". I would not recommend it and if you need to take that many at one time per day, then this needs to be revisited! I will not be shopping these again.
