Product doesn't function as mentioned in the description, Massager cant even handle the neck weight, making weird noises and it's not heating at all. Very cheap quality and the product is non-returnable. I just wasted my money.When i called customer support they were not able to help with the replacement or refund.

The media could not be loaded. Cover broke in just a weeks use.. got new replacement.. should have checked when it came.. it doesn't even work

Wonderful product, loved it at the first use itself. gives you so much relief within just 5 mins after a hectic day. Ive been using it everyday and it takes such less space so more convenient to carry it anywhere and also best part is it works at the car seat making it so comfortable for long drives. a must buy for everyone

The product is good only issue is with material quality it's is getting torned from sides after few days of usage ☹️☹️
