Great mug and perfect. So many mugs are too small this one isn't.

Package delivered to wrong address's. Luckily the people brought it to my house. I am disappointed in cup because it is not 20 oz. As advertised. That's the main reason I bought it. Quality is great other than that.

The print doesn't appear as big in person as in the photo. Also, it came wrapped in bubble wrap, not the cute little display box as shown in one of the pictures. It was a bridesmaid gift, so no comment on how it's holding up with washings.

I love my mug and its a great size for a massive cup of tea. It keeps the contents warm for a long time too.
