Does the job but doesn't hang onto the frames square. Gets bound, so I have to often times use two hands to open or close so kinda defeats the purpose. Doesn't appear to be bent so I assume I got what I paid for. At the moment its still being used though

First I must complement the seller who tried so hard to remedy the unfortunate situation, ultimately they cheerfully issued a full refund, without my asking. Excellent seller! Now for the product; the concept is excellent, but unfortunately the fabrication is terrible. Bottom line is that when one set of jaws is firmly in contact with a standard Langstroth frame, the other set is not. That would easily allow the frame to slip out of one set of jaws. The seller sent a replacement and it was worse than the first at maintaining a grip on the frame. Two faulty gadgets constitutes a trend in my book.
