A solid torch!
This torch/lantern is a well built piece of kit, it’s weighty, feels nice in your hand to hold, it looks great too. I’ve not needed to do any charging yet as the batteries that came with it has some life in it but I’m sure it’ll be easy to do with the supplied USB C wire. On maximum brightness this things kicks out some serious light, I’m very impressed!

Simple to use lantern with advanced features.
I spent longer than I wanted to shopping for a simple lantern to keep some basic light on during a power cut. I finally settled on this, I'm glad I did. It does everything I need it to (and far far more, you could spend ages playing with all the features on this weirdly). It is rugged, it comes with a small bag of spare parts and the fact it runs on 4 x 18650s means I could grab a fast charger and a spare set of batteries for emergencies.

Sofirn make great products
I recently purchased this lantern, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way!First off, the build quality is outstanding. Made from aluminum, it feels incredibly solid and premium. At 620g, it is on the heavier side for a lantern, but that weight comes with a reassuring sense of durability and quality. It’s still portable enough for camping trips or keeping in the car, so the trade-off feels worth it.One feature I really appreciate is the illuminated power button. It’s a thoughtful touch that makes it so easy to find and turn on the light in the dark. No more fumbling around when you need it most! The lantern offers five levels of brightness, and they’re genuinely useful. At the highest setting, it’s bright enough to illuminate an entire bedroom, while the lower levels are perfect for softer, ambient lighting.Another standout feature is the rechargeable batteries. They’re easy to replace, which is fantastic because it means I can extend the life of the device if the batteries ever fail. This adds to the overall longevity and value of the product.Having already owned a Sofirn SC31 torch, choosing another Sofirn product was an easy decision. I’ve been really impressed with the SC31’s performance, and this lantern lives up to the same high standards. It’s clear Sofirn knows how to make reliable, well-designed lighting products.I can see this being incredibly handy for camping trips or as an emergency light in the car. It’s versatile, durable, and delivers on all fronts!

Lighthouse
Lithium powered so you know the batteries are up to it.Very bright with a lot of settings.Brightness easy to set.Now all I need is a power cut.I have been using it as a side light because we might not have any power cuts and it is a very well made bit of kit.

A bit tricky to work out functions at first, but worth it after some practise
Great lantern. Lots of features, long battery life. Learnt how to use it via googling instructions and youtube. Print included was too small to read for any normal human being. A bigger print out of the complex manual would be useful for a novice like myself. Especially as I initially found it a bit complex. Bought it for £67 as an investment. I use it daily. Best feature I enjoy is to set the lantern on a timer, whilst it reduces in light levels before switching itself off.

Faulty batteries
Product arrived with faulty batteries that cannot charged and look like they have been used. Latern works with USB connection but at this price range l expect and demand new batteries

Beast of a Lamp
These are expensive but are well worth it. Build is first class and battery life/power all you need. Replaceable batteries important rather some others with built in. I also like the fairly simple modes -not too many annoying flashing disco modes- though I think there is another level of modes. It is heavy as its aluminium build and takes 4 x 18650 batteries. A nice hanging loop, tripod mount and glow in the dark power button. USBC charging -try finding a better one! I also own a few other smaller Sorfin lamps -they are all amazing.
