Before I got in my stand I went and pulled my cards. The first card worked great no problems, pictures came up fast and clear. Plugged the second card in and the DCIM folder that should pop up with pictures (like the first one did) did not come up. Not sure what happened so I thought it might be the card not having the correct formatting for the device. So I plugged it into my laptop to view the pictures and make sure it had the correct format. Keep in mind that I bought both 16GB cards at same place and time and they were both the same brand. Even on the laptop the card did not come up with any pictures which I know for a fact the camera took a picture of me when I went to get it. It also had the correct formatting when I checked. Not blaming the card reader just yet. I will chalk it up to a fluke. Will try it again next week when I check my cards again. I have a Galaxy S7. I have heard that the Android operating system has a tougher time with card readers than the Iphones. Can't swipe through pics and deletes my pics off my card when I remove card. I have not given up hope yet, It could be me! Im a bit technically challenged. But I usually figure things out. It works great looking at video from my adventure cam, and does not delete unless I want it to. ### ⭐⭐ Hit and miss *by N***K on Reviewed in the United States on December 27, 2016* My husband loves the concept of this gadget, but it isn't working with his phone. He has a Samsung Galaxy S5 and it keeps saying it can't read the card. We have checked the format and it's correct. He has contacted manufacturer and hopefully they will help us out. Seems we aren't the only ones having the problem. It even wiped out 80+ photos from the card!
