Q: do they have fastener to hold on during wind?

Not fasteners but it folds behind the tire and they hold on pretty good. I've had mine on during really bad storms and they didnt budge.

Q: I have 255 /70R 22.5..what size do I get

None of them will fit. I Googled 255/70r22.5 diameter and the answer was 37.66 inches which exceeds the maximum 34.75 inch width of their XL tire cover. Those are some big wheels!

Q: What size will fit this tire at28x10r14?

All I know is we used measurements in the description, with our own tire measurements and they were definitely too small, not just a tight squeeze. Reordered a size up because they looked well made; and seem to be sturdy and like they’ll last.

Hi—I can’t really say. My tires are 235/60 18. I just referred to chart on website and it worked for me. Trust it.
