Nice help
The Komzer Hinged Elbow Brace is a solid option when you need extra elbow support and controlled movement. The hinged design allows for adjustable range of motion, while the straps make it easy to get a secure, comfortable fit.

Helped me after surgery.
I had a distal bicep tendon reattached and needed to keep me arm from extending too much for a couple weeks. I used this when mainly out of the house and it really helped me. I even slept in it and while it was not the most comfortable thing to do it worked for the short time I needed it. Overall I was really impressed with it. If you just handed it to me and asked me what I thought it cost I would have been pretty low. The adjustment was easy and fit my muscular arm that is over 18 inches with plenty of room to spare. The limits and lock worked well and were easy to adjust even while wearing it. I didn't use the strap much but it worked fine.

Short Term wear is perfect, long term not so much
Itโs a good brace, for short term usage. Long term wear, not so much. I broke my elbow and still had to work so perhaps it was also my job that factored into it not being A+ Due to me not doing as I should and lifting things I should not, I ended up being in this brace longer than initially intended but even before so, the screws that hold it together kept loosening all the time making me paranoid they would fall out and be lost (I did lose one and improvised and โrepairedโ it with a ziptie ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ) and Iโm still currently in my โrobot armโ, as everyone likes to call it, for another few weeks and it currently has 3 zipties as accessories due to durability issues. It is easy to take on and off for showers so that is a plus Could be some user error on my part but day to day wear with typical everyday life I just feel it should be a tad more durable. Also the parts that adjust to fit your arm should have a different way of being attached to the brace itself, as they pop due to being snap in screws and if they bend the plastic at all, it will not go back without some improvisation (for me, zipties as mentioned before)

Straps are not great, the rest is
I can tell itโs good quality and the padded parts are easy to adjust l. But the sizing is plain bad. I ordered a small and the straps are WAY too long. Because the end of the strap only has about 1.5โ of Velcro, you canโt overlap it much. The forearm strap closest to the elbow and the highest upper arm strap are disproportionately long, like what kind of proportions do I need to be for this to fit when the other two straps are just fine? CONSTANT adjustments. I ended up using the sling bracket to wrap the strap through and make it short enough to work. You canโt just cut off the end because thatโs where the sticky part is, so I guess I will have to sew up the middle of these straps to make them fit. The sling attachments can be removed but it takes a little work. I donโt like the placement of the top one: it makes it pull on my neck. I normally donโt use the sling. Aside from the fit problems, this functions great. The dial adjuster is easy to use and sturdy, and to me having that flexibility to release it quickly if I need to is the main reason I use this as opposed to others.

Add washers to the arm bands!
Works great, only issue was the flexible adjustable metal banding that wraps around the arm came fell off due to the small screwheads falling through the screws' through-holes after wearing for a few weeks. Added some #6 washers to the existing screws and now good to go.

Where are your incisions?
I had to have my bicep reattached. Tore it up pretty good they had to do a few incisions on my lower and upper arm. Funny the physician's assistant said that I needed to have one of these and be wearing it. Before surgery I was able to lock my arm in just fine. Some of the screws work their way out in a short period of time. However the doctor didn't want me to wear this after my surgery nor could I have as the straps would dig into my incisions. Something to think of. I would have sent it back to Amazon but I miss my 30-day window

Helps with cubital tunnel
This is an amazing ROM brace. I have cubital tunnel with an entrapped ulner nerve and this limits my range of motion to allow the irritation to subside and allow it to heal properly. I recommend using a quality compression sleeve underneath the brace. It not only feels great but it helps the brace stay put. It has various positive stop angles for your specific needs. It's durable and quality made.
