Very good quality! Soft and the color was spot on. No nasty smell or anything. We have washed it 10-15 times and there is no wear or unraveling. My 10 year old daughter, who is fairly tall for her age, when she is in the blanket it comes all the way up to her arm pits with a bit of fold over.

The knitting and yarn are very well done. It arrived on time and was as described. The scales are well defined and luxurious. The child I gave it too was very happy with it. My only minus is that I bought another mermaid blanket from another seller and comparatively the tail on this one was much smaller and didn't last flat like the photo. Still a very nice item.

Fantastic! This is so well-made I could not believe it! I purchased this as a gift and spent a lot of time researching mermaid blankets. I am so very happy with this blanket. It fits my petite daughter-in-law perfectly. It shipped quickly too. It even had a small sachet neatly folded inside and it smelled wonderful! If you've been looking at different mermaid blankets, you can stop now. This is the one!

This blanket is beautiful but it's really close at the tail and my daughter isn't able to use it comfortably. It's a bit awkward in his design at the bottom as well. The top is a little odd as well.

I bought this for my 12 yr. old grandaughter. I am truly impressed by the quality of this blanket! It's really thick and beautifully made. My daughter said, this looks like something a grandma made! But the strangest thing, is that it has a really strong perfumy smell to it. Like a grandma made it! Not offensive, but like someone wearing this scent made it. Some petty people would complain about it. I think it adds to its authenticity. Love it!

Very pretty and soft fabric also. However when my niece put it on for the first time the entire side seam came apart. Pretty sad moment when you open a Christmas gift and it breaks. Grandma had to sew it to fix it. I will not buy this brand again.

This arrived WAY before expected, which was great! My little sister is in a mermaid phase and she loves it. It's a little big on her because she's only 7, but I think thats good because when she grows she'll still be able to fit in it. I can wear it comfortably and I am 5'3". The only problem is the foot hole is kind of tight for adults, but I don't expect this will be a problem since it's really made for children. :)

Bought this for my Niece for Christmas, and she loves it.. The seller has it in a vacuum sealed bag with a sweet smelling scent, so that when we opened, it smelled super nice. She loves laying around and keeping her lower body warm in it. If you're a bigger person, I'd say look elsewear or see if you can find some that are made for bigger people. My Niece is 18 and not big, and she can barely get her feet through to the bottom.. If she gets any bigger, it's a no-go.. but if you're petite or a regular sized teenager.. it would work great.
