I love the floor lamp
I love the floor lamp! I have a problem with my eyes and the lamp has made things much easier for me to read.

Shame that Ikea seem to have discontinued this. Had to get one from a re seller in the USA. But I guess that the replacement reading lamps will be just as good with a focused bright spot - just don't like the design of the newer ones...

DO NOT BUY: Lamp burns out in months and is not replaceable!
We purchased two TIVED floor / reading lamps at IKEA.The lamp in one burned out after about six-eight months, wasn't in a critical location, didn't get around to ordering a bulb until ...The lamp in the second one that my wife uses every night burned out after a little over a year.That's when I decided to get replacement bulbs.Then I realized from store description that the bulbs are BUILT IN.And they are advertised to last for "about 20000 hours."Do the math, that's well over two years if turned on continuously.NOPE.
