Needed this for years

I LOVE this product!! I constantly lose my keys and phone (sometimes in my own purse) this thing hasn't let me down once!

Constantly beeping
I purchased this item for myself as a Christmas gift and returned it after a week. I found it was constantly beeping when no one was touching it. I think it was trying to connect to other bluetooth sources (cars, speakers), both at home and in public. Also, when I would accidentally bump the button (especially if I threw my keys in my bag) the alarm would sound and I would have to push the button several times to get it to stop. It did work well with the app and I wanted it to work out, but it was too annoying for me.

I bought this and tried to connect it to my phone. The instructions on the app said that if you hold the side button it would turn blue and beep and your phone would automatically connect BUT the light turned blue for a quick second & never turned back on. FAIL. So I tried to change the battery and there is no instructions in the package as of how to do so. So I went on youtube and found a video that didn't help much because I still had no idea how to use the tool. Now I lost the thing and can't even return it. What a waste of money.

Not dependable
The first battery included died within 5 days. After replacing the battery, the unit constantly beeps at the slightest movement of my key ring which it's attached to. If the point of the product is to find your phone or find your keys, it fails. It is unreliable, overly sensitive to movement and basically unusable.

Cannot replace battery that only lasted 2 weeks.
Worked well for a couple of weeks then the battery died. No tool was included and I cannot get it open to insert the "FREE" replacement battery. Searched all over Amazon and Internet to purchase the needed tool but can't seem to find it anywhere. Sure is a pretty little ornament on my keychain though. HButler should be ashamed!
