DO NOT BUY unless you want dimmable bulbs. Loved these when I bought them and installed in my new Light Fixture also purchased on Amazon (Best Choice Products Industrial Vintage Lighting Ceiling Chandelier 5 Lights Metal Hanging Fixture) However, within a week one of the bulbs started to flicker. I reached out to the seller and they were very accommodating and immediately sent out a replacement bulb as well as recommended i update my dimmable switch as these bulbs work best with LED compatible switches and even provided a recommendation ( From the email: In addition, most traditional incandescent or CFL bulbs dimmer can not be used for LED bulbs dimming,and some poor quality dimmer may cause flicker,please upgrade your dimmer switches/lamps to support LED bulbs,our recommended dimmer brand is Lutron( Lutron DVCL-153P-WH Diva and Lutron DVELV-300P-WH Diva)) This is all well in good but the light is not on a dimmable switch, so ignored this. Well today another light began flickering. When I reached out again to the company I requested clarification on the switch. It turns out these bulbs will flicker on a standard on/off switch and need to be on a LED compatible dimmable switch. This is not mentioned anywhere in the description, it only references the type of Dimmable switch. Now I will have to change the switch or buy different bulbs. Very Frustrating!!!!Update seller willing to refund the cost of one bulb which will offset the cost of purchasing 5 new bulbs. Bulbs while working & not flickering are bright & aesthetically pleasing 3 stars for incomplete description causing additional cost.

First off, excellent customer service! I received my set of 5 C35 Flame Shape Bent Tip LED bulbs on Saturday 9/9/2017 and installed them right away, replacing my 40-Watt Incandescent bulbs. The LED bulbs have a nice white light and are much brighter than the Incandescent bulbs. Truth be told, while they are dimmable LED bulbs, their dimmability threshold is way different than regular bulbs, and you only have very little play room between full brightness and completely off...at least on my lamp fixture. Anywho, after about a minute, one of the bulbs started flickering. So, I right away emailed the vendor via Amazon, and 5 days later, I received a replacement bulb, and so far, so good. I would recommend these bulbs to those that wish to replace their Incandescent bulbs and save some money on energy in the long run, while not too fussy on the dimmability functionality. The images below are a comparison between the Incandescent bulbs and the white LED bulbs to assist in your decision making. And while no one really cares about the packaging, it was excellent in my opinion. Now to see how long they last!

I have had these bulbs 1 week and 20% of the bulbs have already failed (1 of 5) I have contacted the manufacturer about replacement and will updated this review if they stand behind their product. My experience has been that Chinese manufactured have a very high failure rate on their products.The bulbs are "rated" for 100,000 hours, more like 100 seconds.

I bought a pack of these bulbs and was very pleased at first until one of the lights gave out not long after installation. I was very disappointed. Fortunately, Lanson Technology reached out to me and offered to either refund or replace the defective product. I opted for the replacement and they quickly shipped out a new box. Many companies don't offer good customer service to back their products but this one does, and the lights look very nice on my chandelier.

Terrible, just terrible. I bought two packs of these for my new fixtures and more than half of the bulbs fritzed out within a couple of weeks! They don't just burn out either; they start rapidly flickering on and off so wildly that they should come with a "May cause seizures" warning. Cheap Chinese junk. Save your money!

After two weeks, one began to flicker...No good. I'm using a non dimmer switch. I still have four good ones. They are very nice and bright when they work.

Quality light bulbs! These are super bright and look great in my dining room! Will buy again if the need arises.
