I received the stroller a couple of days ago. I have to return it, the cons outweigh the pros.PROS:- It is really gorgeous and looks luxurious. The best-looking stroller for twins that I've seen.- I like the concept that it can be converted to bassinets so newborns can sleep or the seats can be pulled up for when babies are a little older and can sit. I also like that you can change the orientation of the seats so the babies can either face you or face outside. Again, the concept is great. The execution is problematic. See below in the cons.CONS:- The package came very damaged. With holes and torn cardboard all over the box, with part of the stroller exposed. It looks like it came directly from China to the reseller, and the reseller didn't bother to re-package it or at least to cover the holes and open parts.- There was a small dent in the metal (unfortunately in a visible spot, right on the U-shaped metal of the hood), due to the poor packaging. Not a deal breaker but still, I would have liked to see no dents in a new product.- Everything is in Chinese: the manual and all the warnings. At least the warnings should be in English.- I read in the questions/answers sections here that it comes with some extras or "gifts", as the seller calls them, like baby bibs and baby pillows. Mine didn't have these things. It did have the cup holders and little mattress pads (though I don't consider the pads to be "gifts", without these it would be unusable or at least extremely uncomfortable)- DEAL BREAKERr: The dimensions in the product description are off. It says "Unfold full size: 15*39*30inch". Firsts of all, no dimension of this stroller is 15 inches, whether folded or unfolded. (Folded, the height is 18''). Also, when stating dimensions, the description should say which number corresponds to what. Is 30 inches the height? Or the width? Or the depth? It turns out that it's the depth. The width is 39 inches. Actually, it is closer to 40 inches. The deal breaker in this case is that it does NOT go through standard 36'' doors. And this should be stated clearly in the description. I shouldn't have to search on other sites hoping to find more accurate information on the dimensions. And I did search a lot, and on one site I found in the customer feedback that it can go through a standard door. Well, it can't! And here in these comments I read in the seller's answer to a comment that it can go through a door when folded. Thanks a lot! This info should be more visible in the description. Of course it is a deal breaker for me. Am I supposed to take the seats out with the babies in them, fold the stroller, take it through a door, then take each baby through the door, put them back onto the stroller, and do this every single time I go through a door? I have to go through 3 doors just to get from my garage to my apartment. So I'd have to go through this process 6 times when I go out? This is insane. I can see myself avoiding to go anywhere just to avoid the hassle. Also, I have an SUV and this does not fit in the trunk unless I leave it a little bit open and use a rope. Not practical.- 2nd deal breaker, and probably much more important than the previous deal-breaker: When I convert the bassinets to seats, they are not deep enough. The baby is supposed to sink a little in the seat. In single strollers that I have used before, that was the case. In this one, the seat has a slight inclination towards the front. If there were no harness, the baby would most definitely slide forward. So basically, what keeps the baby on the seat is the harness (and I don't mean when he is moving and trying to get out but when he is just sitting there and not moving). So if the only thing retaining him is the harness, this means that there is extra pressure on the baby's genitals. I don't know if all strollers in this line come like this or if it was a defect in my stroller. I don't know if I'm explaining this clearly. Basically, when this is converted to a seat, if you put any object on the seat, it will slide down and fall. There should be an incline towards the inside, NOT towards the outside. So other than the admittedly great look and the great concept of this stroller, I find that it is not practical at all.

Safety hazard
If I could give a 0 star I would. We were gifted this item for our twins. We put it together and went out for a walk. Didn’t even make it off of my property and it COLLAPSED WIth my babies in it! This was not my error, a mechanism that was already put together doesn’t stay locked in place in order to stay upright.

Bad quality not worth the money
Not worth it for the price. We haven’t even used it more than a handful of times and one of the wheels snapped off
