I've used this multiple times in several sensitive places. Follow best practices and cleanliness (LOTS OF SANITIZING) and as amazing as it seems, it works. I've lifted deep stretch marks, brought them from purple to, well, normal but still a bit shiny (we take what wins we get) and firmed up mildly sagging skin. It's painful but it does actually work. Review: Works well, easy to use - It came with excellent packaging. I have not used a Derma Roller before, or had any microneedling treatments. I got it to use for my face, neck and scalp. With the focus being on my head, the top front, where my hair is thinning. I have not had it long enough to state any results but apparently (according to a NIH article) to see results of hair thickening it should take approximately twelve weeks, if you use Minoxidil with it. is a weird prickly feeling - it could be painful, but you have control over that depending on the amount of pressure you use.
