There is much joy in weaving something beautiful out of a simple pine needle. • The red centerpiece was crafted by me in my pottery studio using Earthenware clay. It was impressed with a random, stone-like pattern and glazed a beautiful shade of red. • The Bottom of the Basket was weaved using Red Artificial Sinew to compliment the Red Clay bottom. It was weaved in a spiral pattern and the bottom was "ended" with solid red. • The sides were weaved using a straight line pattern using wheat colored artificial Sinew. • This lovely basket is 11 1/2 " in diameter and is 2" tall. • It would look lovely as a table decor or hanging on the wall. • This basket is NOT floppy. Nothing was used to stiffen it either. It was tightly weaved!
