RunLocks are 39" long and can extend longer with the elastic stretch material. The laces are a one size fits all solution for both kids and grown-ups since you will trim to fit after installing. It is recommend that the foot be in the shoe for the installation procedure before trimming the ends of the laces 2-3 inches below the lock device then attaching your clip on end piece.
