I sometimes brush my teeth a little too hard, and would cause bleeding - so I use this to hopefully make my gums happier.I've found it works very nicely, and doesn't feel like you're biting off a glacier full of mint in the process!The only issue with this, is the aftertaste that lingers for a long while. It's not nasty, but it's not nice either, like drinking room temperature water.Otherwise, works really well

This is the best mouthwash for a mild attack of mouth ulcers, not a great flavour but always works for me.
