Q: Would this work for grinding marijuana?

Works perfectly for grinding flower, it doesn’t crush it and instead leaves it fluffy.

Q: Can you use a mason jar instead of the included jar?

I am not really sure but I did measure the jar that comes with the item. The inside diameter of the jar opening is 2 1/4", to the outside of the opening it is 2 3/8". The lid that fits onto the item measured 2 1/2". Hope that helps.

Q: Is it possible to get a replacement glass? I just broke ours and unfortunately it does not fit a pint jar or anything else. Bummed.

Don't know but doubt it is possible. Also glass would probably cost nearly as much as a whole new chopper. May as well buy whole thing. I'd consider a different one. This one looks just like my Mom's but doesn't work nearly as well.

Q: Where was this idem made?

There co is in Seattle Washington, but I don't know where it was made The bottom of the glass has a marking that looks like a backwards 3 facing a forward 3.
