Nanotears MXP Forte Preservative Free Gel Eye Drops Severe Dry Eye 64 Vials

My dye eye problems were recently aggravated after cataract surgery, and the blurred vision I was experiencing was highly distressing. I had been using a variety of ophthalmologist-recommended drops, as well as using twice-daily hot compresses. The hot compresses have helped, but until I read about NaoTears, the various drops I had been using were of little help. I ordered NanoTears after reading some reviews and after the first drops were administered I felt instant relief. They respond beautifully with my eye chemistry, and now they are the only drop I will be using!Joyce, Reisterstown, MD

Great product...I've been using the bottled version which is NOT preservative free but my eye-doctor recommends that I use a preservative-free version. I'm fine with it although the design of the vial is less than satisfactory. For one thing, the nozzle is not tapered so the drops are hard to aim into the eye properly, and the twist-off cap can't be replaced once twisted off. This means that the vial has to stand without a cap for the whole 24 hours during which it is still usable. This, BTW, is okay as per my doctor. It is NOT necessary to toss the vial after one use if it is kept clean for 24 hours. Since I use the drops all throughout the day, using a separate vial each time would cost me a fortune. This way it's much more economical. But the design of the nozzle is not good...I have never seen a preservative-free drop designed this way before. But the drops themselves are very good...the SEVERE drop still does not cloud my vision. I recommend the product.

Made my eyes sting which is not what I was going for. Seems they are the same manufacturer and ingredients as Walmart’s equate brand which big surprise stung too which is why I bought these. Have returned and will continue to use Thera tears which are soothing

Only reccomend Preservative free(means no more burning &making the eyes redder&dryer),cost is responsible. My prescription eye drops not covered anymore with either insurance, 800$+month(till I found NANOTEARS! NANOTEARS#1 vs 15other brands. I recommend gel drops at night,keep eyes moist. Day&night NANOTEARS, WORTH EVERY PENNY!. Others may be cheaper but use alot more &increased frequency so not really cheaper. I'm a patient and retired board certified family physician. RECOMMENDED as a patient, my personal opinion can't get better relief especially at night. Remember winter, meds,age affect drying!

I had been using Xiidra for my chronic dry eye but had to discontinue due to the cost. I started using Refresh many times a day and it just wasn’t doing the job. After doing some research I learned that if you’re using drops several times a day you should be using something preservative free as the preservative can be irritating. It is a little inconvenient to use the single use containers but without preservatives it needs to be packaged for single use. The Nanotears are working well for me so far.

Dry eyes seem to be getting more attention lately, but I was surprised when my eye doctor told me that was the cause of my intermittent discomfort. He recommended that I try some artificial tears or tear gel. I looked for something that was free of some of the nasty stuff that can be added, and tried the NanoTears. I was surprised when I found the little containers inside--thought it was not a very environment-friendly way of packaging. UNTIL I TRIED ONE. What a smart, safe, hygienic way to package eye drops! The amount in each tiny "bottle" is perfect. There is no danger of contamination. They are great. And my eyes are more comfortable than they have been in quite some time. I'm so glad I tried this and will definitely buy them again.

I live in Las Vegas, and out here, the heat, sun and wind creates dry eyes in EVERYONE!I have chronic dry eye and have to put drops in my eyes (usually) 3-4 times/day.NO LONGER! I just use one vial in the morning, and one at night when I get home from work.The NanoTears seem to last longer and are more effective than any I have tried. They are THAT effective.

Finally! something that really works for dry eyes! Have tried a lot of products but this is the best. I use only part of a vial (to save $$$) and try to remember to refresh my eyes several times a day (per my ophthalmologist). Where I live (San Joaquin Valley, CA) we have had nasty air quality from forest fires in the Sierra. These eye drops have saved me a lot of discomfort. The best part is that this product does not cloud my vision like other emollient drops. Expensive and worth it.
