The motion detector works excellent all the functions and odor eliminates great idea

Opens on it's own. Very disturbing at night while trying to sleep. It will continue for hours or till we turn it off.. Have tried turning it off for a few hours and turning back on, it still open on its own. It stays clean but of course oder control is difficult with the door flapping up and down.

Fits great in tight places. Works great as described.

So disappointed with this. It’s the perfect size, sturdy, the bags I bought fit great but it just keeps opening and closing non stop. I wasn’t even near it and it does it. I wish there was a way to turn off the motion sensor and use the tap/kick feature but I don’t see there is.

The media could not be loaded.  First impression:When it first arrived, it seemed a little smaller than I expected. The descriptions were all accurate however. I just assumed it to be bigger and it seemed diminutive where I wanted to place it in the bathroom. Luck would have it that it was the perfect size as the lid would hit the toilet paper holder were it any taller. The lid seemed a bit flimsy and I wasn’t too sure of the durability but I loaded it with batteries and gave it a try.Operation:It worked like a charm at first and the motion detection worked as expected, so did the shock sensor however I don’t see the practicality in kicking it (or even tapping it with your toes) as it is so small and light, you would inadvertently kick it across the room if you do any more than slightly graze it.After awhile I noticed it was opening by itself and staying open with motion. I tried powering it off and on again which didn’t correct the problem until I removed the batteries and reinserted them. It worked fine after that. I’m not sure how long this unit will last. I have only had it a little over a week and wanted to wait at least this long before giving a review of it. So far, so good.Final notes:It serves its purpose. For that, I’m happy. It’s not the the sturdiest and most durable bin I’ve seen but if you don’t have a pack of wild animals or children running all around, it should do the trick. I haven’t had to physically open the lid once, so I can say it’s reliable. I do hear it open on its own from time to time, not too frequent, maybe two or three times during the past week. It could be from temperature change I guess. That or ghosts.You can definitely find better if you want to spend more but for the price it’s not a bad unit.

The media could not be loaded.  Cool little can.AUTO OPEN CLOSE It does what it's designed to do.Motion sensor or tap with with your foot to open, then it automatically closes after a few seconds. In the directions you can press the button for a designated amount of time and it will keep the lid open for 2 minutes instead of a few seconds.STICKERS It also comes with clear with black printed stickers to designate what goes in the can. I'm using it in my bathroom so didn't use them, but I shared a photo of them.BAG KEEPER RING TRASH BAG SIZE This ring works great and has a hole to slip your excess bag through. I'm using standard grocery bags, they fit perfectly and go all the way to the bottom. I use the hole on the ring to tuck excess bag at the top and slide my bag in do its not exposed on the outside. If you don't want to take the extra seconds to do this, you can place your liner in, press the ring down and let the bag stick out the sides of the can. Either way doesn't effect how it functions.CONSTRUCTION It's made of a rigid brittle feeling plastic, it will take the abuse of tapping the side with your toe, but not sure how high of a fall it could handle without cracking.OVERALL THOUGHTS I have no negatives with this can, it works as it's supposed to and helps keep things tidy without touching it, except to empty or clean.Hopefully this was helpful, Thank you!

Love the concept of this. Very simple to operate, just load in the batterie and poof it starts working. Important to note, the motion sensor is very sensitive. Just walking by it will make the lid lift. Though this would work great in our bathroom with it being a touch less option, however it is better used in our less used spare bathroom. There is an inner ring to hold a liner inside. The sides are not as rigid as I hoped and find that careful consideration has to be used to get the ring liner aligned correctly as well as seating the lid back on it to sit evenly.I will need a sturdier option when the grand kids visit.

It was great when it worked and it fit perfectly in the spot we needed it, but it only worked sometimes. I reset the batteries every day or every other day as it randomly stops working. I can't anymore.
